host a retreat

Updated May 30,2019

After moving to Puerto Armuelles, I am not going to market the week long retreats. I feel that there is not enough things to do here just yet. It would be more suited to just a 3/4 day retreat.

If you would like to come with your group I will assist you in any way I can. You can book directly through Cabins@TsunaiInn.com. I do have mats, blocks and straps for a small rental fee.
